ARTICLE 12. PAYMENT TERMS
The payment of a service is made cash at the order, by credit card online secure payment.
If you want to use another method of payment, please contact us. You acknowledge and accept that this will result in additional delays in the process of the requested service.
ARTICLE 13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with articles L121-19 and L121-20 of the French consumer Code, you are entitled to a period of seven calendar days from the date of your agreement to an offer of a service or subscription, to exercise your right of withdrawal without cause and without penalty.
However and in accordance with article L121-20-2, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a service if its execution has started, with your agreement, before the period of seven calendar days.
ARTICLE 14. DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP, TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT
The subscription for a free membership on www.viniplaza.com is for an indefinite period.
To terminate your account, send a demand to contact@viniplaza.com.
In the event of a breach of the present terms of use and conditions of sales on your part, unrepaired after formal notice, VINIPLAZA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice, and without indemnity or refund.
VINIPLAZA reserves the right to deactivate your account if you haven't logged in for over a year.
ARTICLE 15. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
Any litigation regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms of use and conditions of sales will be under exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, applying French law, being specified here that the language for legal interpretation is French in case of a dispute about the meaning of a term or provision.
